Do yourself a favor. Go with another company. This organization built a home for my family 10 years ago. 2 years in we had issues with the foundation cracking and settling. 5 years in sagging roof areas. Now here we are 10 years in and we have major rot under windows and in the areas of entry. You don't pay almost 200k for this to happen in 10 years. Would have been better off with a fricken modular!
