As always, the guys from Sundance Homes were professional and very easy to talk to. The job was done quickly and efficiently and everything cleaned up before they left. The initial sale felt kind of pressured, but the rest of the experience was fantastic. They met a competitor’s price, followed special requests (like me keeping dug up dirt, & leaving it on a tarp). Sundance kept to their time frame. They were above board, following codes & regulations. Sundance Homes goes above & beyond to make the client feel like a valued member of the team. Our substantial re-roofing job was conducted very professionally from start to finish. It was started on time with all the materials and dumpster in place. The crew worked hard and efficiently despite some brief weather delays. I was impressed with the equipter to both collect the old and supply the new shingles. When I saw Sundance Homes was a master installer I was excited because I have used them previously for another project, that I was very pleased with.
