A+++ customer service for sure. Karem is the best. They did fabulous job on gutters. From sales person Jesus to Karem, very efficient in customer service.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced with any home improvement project. We had gutters installed by them and while the price was great, their performance was not. We examined the gutters shortly after the install and noticed that the screws holding them to the house were not in place and appeared to barely be securing the gutter on to the house. I called and after numerous phone calls got someone on the line. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday. They said they could not guarantee a time so we cleared our schedule and planned to stay at home all day. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP We continued to call and explain our situation but no one seemed to care. They setup another appointment for a Saturday (which is when they complete repairs) and they said they would call before they came. And once again, no one called and NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN. Months later we are still trying to setup a repair and the company will not issue a refund for this non sense and they will not come repair their work. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. No matter their price, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I contacted three companies, all three responded and Jesus Flores of Florida Seamless was the only one to show up for an estimate on Wednesday, April 11th. I agreed with the price and was stated that the job would start sometime during the week of the 23rd. I received a call on Saturday the 21th and I was scheduled for the morning of Thursday April 26th. TJ and Kevin arrived about 9:00 AM and did fantastic work. It was 11 downspouts and 250 feet of gutters. It was completed in 2 1/2 hours and they worked non stop. They were very polite and took care of a few concerns I had. Excellent workers.
