From the moment The salesman walked in I felt at ease as he was polite, respectful, and extremely knowledgable. He took all my ideas and helped put them into a reality. The work the guys did was great but what I can't say enough about is the communication. Dan (the owner) kept me informed all throughout the process from the moment my contract was signed, all the way through my final inspection and walkthrough. He showed up on the first day of install and let me know what to expect, and I have to say I felt really at ease throughout the entire install. He communicated daily through phone calls and emails to let me know what the guys had done that day and what the plan was for tomorrow, he stopped by regularly and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly, Highly recommend.
