They did a great job on my roof. I had a leak near my children’s bedroom that needed to get repaired quickly and that’s exactly what they did. They where experienced, friendly and helpful.

I don’t know a thing about roofing, except that it stops the rain from getting inside the house. So when the rain started dripping through the ceiling onto my patio, I knew I better get an expert over soon. Fortunately, a friend of mine (whose mother just updated her roof) recommended John. When I gave him a call, he text me back in less than 10 minutes. He arranged to come over the very next day to look at the problem and provide an estimate. When John arrived, I pointed to the problem area on the patio roof. He quickly hopped up his ladder and checked out the scene. While examining the drainage capabilities of my gutter, he pulled out a large weed that had taken root in the gully. After walking to the edge of the roof, he yelled out, “Gardyloo!” and tossed the weed into an empty garbage can. “This one’s on me,” he said, “but you better get up here soon and clean this thing out!” While continuing to examine the gutter he noticed that the opening to the downspout was way too small for the water volume that typically runs off my roof. It was an unrelated issue to the hole in my roof, but he grabbed his snippers and cut open a larger opening for the downspout. He walked around on the roof for a bit more, so I went inside. When I stopped hearing footsteps above me, I went back outside to get the verdict. I took a deep breath and asked, “How much will it cost, and when can you come back?” “It’s already fixed,” he said. He showed me a couple pictures of some nails that had ascended from roof. They were allowing water to get underneath the tiles. He replaced the nails and provided a picture of the patch he applied to the problem area. “That patch is so solid,” he claimed, “it will last longer than your roof.” I have no reason to doubt him. When I asked how much I owed him, I was overwhelmingly surprised at how reasonable the charge was! John could have told me that I needed a brand new roof, and I wouldn’t have known any better. But fortunately for me, he requested a very fair fee for the quick, yet thorough   service he provided. I still know absolutely nothing about roofing, but at least I know someone who does if I get another hole in my roof!
