Find another company folks. Carlson Enterprises has plenty of smooth talking salesmen that are happy to collect your insurance check, but they don't have the crews to do the work. I was told that 90 days after I handed over my check was my build date. Then I was told to wait another month. Then I hired an attorney after I got tired of one delay after another. They will ALWAYS have another excuse as to whey they can't build. Just Google the company and click on news. After threats of a lawsuit and criminal theft charges they did send my check back in full 4 months later. I need not say more.

Met with them in December, paid an initial deposit and was told they would start on our roof in February. They then contacted us repeatedly in early February for documents they had been given in December. Now they are not responding to our calls or emails. Insurance company called us and asked about them - apparently we are not the only customers with this issue! Do not recommend and having to pursue means to get our deposit back!

same issue here i have called them email and no respond. my was installed last year and its in bad shape. nails are visible and ripped shingles in one area and went up the attic to find that the rafters have bad support system and pretty much done for. if you guys have a good lawyer email me here.

My father had their insurance pay for their roof to be fixed in feb of 2017 and it is now Feb 2018 and not one thing has been done to fix the roof. They do not answer his phone calls and no one will contact them in regards to fixing the roof. He is hiring an attorney to pursue them. I just filed his paperwork today with the complaints office.

This company is a scam. They took $6K deposit and never installed my roof. All of their phone numbers have been disconnected. I would recommend everyone to file a complaint with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation online. Division of Regulation - Complaints Section
