I would have to rate them a 1 star. The representative from Jasper was extremely “shady”. He promised to get my insurance claim approved with no worries, put his sign in my yard before leaving, and then never follow up with me again! I called and emailed with no response... It wasn't until today, almost 2.5 months later that I get a letter from Morgan & Morgan saying Jasper has retained them to fight my insurance company for the approval of the claim they believe was “wrongfully denied”. I never ask for this and have already gotten my roof fixed by another company. I believe they might do good work, but this experience was an epic fail. I could never refer them to anyone else for services.

Jasper Roofing is THE best! Our Account Manager Bobby Williams went above and beyond to help us get our new roof. We so appreciate his kindness and professionalism in guiding us through the process since this is the first time we've had a roof replaced. He was so patient in answering all our questions, explaining next steps, and making sure the project stayed on task. Then, the day of the install came and we were so blown away. They were here just before 7am laying down tarps and prepping, had the job complete by 3pm, and did a beautiful job! We absolutely love our new roof and how nice our house looks now! Thank you to the entire team for giving us a boost of pride in our home!
