I had my re-roof done by McFall Roofing Company less than a week ago, and from the moment I met Jesse Dean in sales until I wrote the check to Michael McFall, the owner, I was impressed with the company. The day before the project was scheduled, Melissa, the office receptionist, contacted me and told me what to expect over the next two days. On the first day of the job, Roy Keene, the roofing superintendent, came to my home and explained what would occur. Over the next two days, he returned all calls, periodically came to my home to inspect the roof, and kept me abreast of the work being done by his crew. Michael McFall was also there on several occasions and made me feel that my home was in good hands, reassuring me that the final county permit would be signed (which it was) and that my insurance company would be notified. The crew worked tirelessly and cleaned up my home every day. In short, everyone was committed to doing an excellent job. I have nothing but complimentary things to say about McFall Roofing Company. They were professional, courteous, qualified, and honest, qualities I expect from a reputable company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Professional work. Everything was completed 2 days after start of job. No mess to clean up. Roof looks great. I would recommend Mcfalls roofing.

Me and my wife are very impressed and satisfy with the level of great service that McFall delivers ,I will highly recommend this company to any one I can . Excellent crew very attentive to detail , this people don't play when is time to get the job done without sacrificing the quality . If any one is looking for the best ! Just look no more McFall is it !!!!!!

Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Hired them for a roof repair. First of all they kept moving me back took a week to get them there. Then they were not timely at all when they told me a time they were not here and when I called they said they were running a couple hours behind and always had an excuse for running late. Finally got it done after almost a week of on and off work, I got home the siding right under the roof wasn't there and had about 6 different gaps that you could see the underside of the roof (critter could pretty much get under my roof between inside roof and outside roof). Never got a call to inform me this. Then there was an excuse that they couldn't find that specific siding. The fascia was way smaller than the existing one but more excuses. Here we are a month and a half of calling weekly and nothing has been done yet. I would not recommend to anyone very unprofessional.

By far, Michael McFall is the best roofer in Gainesville. Every promise made is kept. His crew are exceptional. Polite, respectful of your property, efficient. I am so please with my beautiful roof. He uses the best shingles that are warrantied for 25 yrs! Can u beat that?? Highly recommend!!
