From the initial detailed estimate to finished product, was very easy to work with and instilled confidence in their workmanship. All dates and schedules were clearly communicated by email, text or phone. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Crew was respectful of our neighbors and cleaned up the job site well after each day. All work was well documented with pictures from beginning to end. When minor issues or questions came up during the work, they were able to quickly (and correctly) resolve them and keep our project on track. We're not planning on needing a new roof any time soon, but if any friends ask for recommendations, Unit One Roofs Service Inc will be easy to wholeheartedly recommend!

Needed some quick work done on a leaking downspout gutter, a broken tile with stucco with paint! Crew was fast friendly and very helpful. Will have them do some more work for them.

The roof on our building developed a leak and we received bids from about 5 contractors. We needed to replace the deck on our roof as well, because it was going to come off when the roof was redone. Unit One Roofs Service Inc won out because they paid very good attention to us and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. And when it was all said and done we have a new great looking deck and roof. And when an unrelated problem persisted they fixed it for free!
