Just had work done by American Roofing, saw the reviews online and thought I should set the record straight from my perspective since I have had them do multiple jobs for me over several years. Let's start with: Excellent quality Service and reasonable pricing. Had a leak at my previous home from an improperly installed dryer vent - Jim came out, assessed it and fixed it on the spot - that was 5 years ago and I have not had any issues since. Three years ago I called him out to fix a bad leak at my mother's home and again he did a great job, assessing, removing the bad area and repairing the roof and ceiling - today that room which she had written off as a complete loss is now a focal point of her home and is enjoyed daily. I just had Jim over last week to re-roof the flat roof over our porch and sun room at our new home and again he was prompt, professional and got the job done in a timely manner that was not invasive to our daily lives. I highly recommend Jim and American Roofing!

I have tried to contact this vendor with multiple phone calls and multiple emails and no response. He owes me money and does Not have the decency to contact me. USE AMERICAN ROOFING AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Roof looked good for a few years until we noticed some leaks on the ceiling. Looks like they went right over huge areas of rotten wood and it has been leaking for a while.

I bought a house that was advertised being newly done by this company . Robert Easter. It leaked and had to be repaired from not being done properly. This company didn't return my calls either.
