I was approched by a man after Irma to fix my roof, he made a great sales pitch so I agreed. They showed up without warning, left a huge mess, and have failed to provide the paperwork needed for my insurance company. You get ahold of someone once but never again, the office does not retun calls. I was told by an employee to worry about a notice that I received in the mail, that it was just a “standard letter” and that he would get it straigh when he got back to the office. Never heard from him again! Now they want to place a lein on my home when they are the reason my insurance will not issue another check! No organization, communication or professionalism! Do your sef a favor and go with someone else.
