Worst experience ever!! Would not recommend. Matt the owner needs to learn how to correctly finish a job and and grow up. Cussed me out and wanted to fight. What a joke!

Gordon and Matt really know their stuff. I have had them tell me what kind and how old a roof was and they were right to the year. They have certified roofs for me and my customers when we couldn’t find a permit to close it and they did a wonderful job installing a metal roof on my customers house and we got it under contract right after. They are responsive, experienced and personable. The three things I require of my vendor team. When you work in this business you need “go to” people to get the job done with no headaches. Good thing is you get to choose them. I choose A&A!

After several bad experiences, and months of waiting for simple things from other companies... I decided to make the switch to this company. I am so glad I did! From the moment I reached out to Crystal Fryer, I had a brand new roof in a week and a half. As in, we picked out the color on Thursday, and we had a new roof finished by Tuesday. With everything going on with this hurricane, it was such a relief to have such a reliable company!

We got 3 different estimates on our roof, this company was the best priced. Most other roofers we talked to said they could start in a few weeks, Matt Andrews and his people started the day after we told him we wanted to go with him! The roofers were very respectful and got our whole roof done in 3 days! I would highly recommend A&A Roofing of NW FL if your looking for the best price, best quality, and if your wanting your roof done right away, these guys are who you need to call! ☺️☺️

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!! Built a home on PCB thru Centurion Homes and had no input on roofing except for shingle color (Tamko 3-Tab, 25yr). COO in March 2004. In 2015 I had to replace the pipe boots and had never heard of a "riser" or "nail pop" before. I had 8 different roofers come to inspect the boot replacements and ALL of them came off the roof stating I've got bigger problems than the pipe boots, there were risers, nail pops all over the roof. With each new roofer, it was the same thing (and most correctly guessed it was an A&A roof install) all but 1 company would repair the pipe boots and even begin to tackle the existing nail pops, but it hasn't been cheap. Every other roofer said they wouldn't touch the job because the entire roof needs to be replaced. I paid an independent local home inspector (with 30+ yrs exp) to evaluate it and he arrived at the same conclusion, horrible installation and A&A was one of the two companies he guessed did the work. I did call A&A and spoke with Pamela, who immediately tried to tell me she didn't think they were the company in question, so within 10 minutes I called her back with the roof permit #, date is was finalized to GORDON ANDREWS, OWNER. She was extremely curt and rude in every contact thereafter. I told her I wasn't looking for a "free" new roof, just for them to take responsibility for their flawed install & fix the problem. She sent her inspector out, but "he saw nothing wrong, but the pipe boots do need replacing". Thankfully I found TADLOCK ROOFING who rescued me by replacing the pipe boots and have been fixing nail pops, leaks all over my roof for the last 3 years. Although what's really needed is a total roof replacement, but the shingles still have a few yrs of life left, so they are going to tackle the hundreds of risers, nail pops, etc that still remain. I estimate it's going to cost me roughly $3,000 to fix A&A's terrible roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, REGARDLESS OF PRICE!
