If I could give “0” stars I would – DO NOT USE. Yenifer is a great sales lady – and very believable; but 9 months and still the roof isn’t finished – and still leaks. We were sucked in by her and the fact that it was a family company – but recently she fired her mother and father (Alfredo). Our roof was damaged with Hurricane Irma – we signed a contract with Yenifer in March of 2018, had to wait until September for them to start due to the supposed backlog. Started great, got the tile off – put new underlayment on and then the job stopped due to somebody supposedly forgetting to order the tile – which had a 3 month wait. The new underlayment was exposed to the elements for 3+ months before any tile went on. Oh, by the way we had 8 leaks after the roof had all new underlayment. [The underlayment on a tile roof is the water barrier – yet Yenifer tried to tell us that the leaks were because the tile was installed yet]. Finally the tile arrived and they started installing it on the roof – things really slowed down because by this time most of Day Roofing was up in the Panhandle taking care of people up there. Some days they showed up, some days they didn’t. By the way, we couldn’t talk to any of the workers – because they didn’t understand English. In addition they were messy – food, bottles, nails, etc; I spent several hours picking up trash at least twice. I had multiple conversations with Yenifer, wrote multiple letters (at least 7). We were told we would have a full crew installing tile – usually on 2 people. Towards the “end”, days and days would go by and we wouldn’t see or hear from anybody from Day Roofing. FINALLY, I sent a certified letter to Day Roofing at their listed address (which came back unclaimed). This letter was sent on April 25th, 2019, notifying Day Roofing of a “change of contractor” with Seminole County. We had had no work done on our house for 5+ weeks, and had not heard from Day Roofing in over 2 weeks at that time. [We still haven’t heard from them, today is June 10, 2019]. We still had one area that was leaking, 25% of the tile was never installed, skylights were never ordered, and roof debris was all around the house. (I’ve only given you the “tip of the iceberg”). USE DAY ROOFING AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

I have nothing but the utmost respect for this company. Hurricane Michael took off part of my roof and after talking to numerous roofers, most of whom were all talk, we stumbled upon Day Roofing and this turned out to be the best phone call ever made. Yenifer goes the extra step to help clients with all items pertaining to replacement of your roof, from dealing with the insurance company, mortgage company and explaining in layman's terms to her client the exact steps and probable outcome, all of which turned out to be correct!! This company makes you feel like a person, not just their next job. Phone calls are answered immediately and no question is ever dismissed. The work done on my roof is exemplary, the workers were polite, addressed any issues we had and cleaned up after themselves so we did not have to do anything to clean our property. Yenifer and her husband came by multiple times to insure the work was being done properly, which was also impressive. Long story short, do not hesitate to call this company.....you will not be sorry, it will be one of the best phone calls you will ever make!!

We had a wonderful experience with Day Roofing, Inc. From the moment we contacted Yennifer we have appreciated their communication and flexibility. Despite an extremely full workload from Hurricane Irma they were able to squeeze us in and did a phenomenal job! The crew was prompt, professional, and didn't leave one nail behind. In fact if it wasn't for the new roof you wouldn't have known they were there. We decided to go with them because they are a family owned business and we have been treated as valued clients and not viewed as just a monetary transaction. We will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a great roof by a great company.

Do not go there! They take your money and don’t do the job.

They are the best battled with the insurance company on my behalf and we’re able to get $4500.00 more and upgraded my roof from Three Tab to top of the line GAF American Harvest Multi-Color. Thank you so much I love my new roof.
