What can I say. Great job to Erik, passing us off to Darren Booth, who knew all the answers to all of my questions and always kept me informed. JRC is fortunate to have him on their team. He went above and beyond. Then there's the 6 man crew. Those guys hit the job out of the park. It only took 1 day, very professionally done. Solid job! From start to finish, the only thing they left behind was a beautiful brand new roof and a good impression of what hard work is all about. You guys know you are. Thanks for all of your hard work. Maher who helped with the insurance company was great. The crew did a great job, minus leaving hundreds of nails in our gutter which all flowed or onto our driveway when it rained. $17,000 paid by insurance company and my $1,000 deductible seemed like a winner until I get a call from Brandon that I owe another $289 for an item that the insurance would not pay for. Never informed by company that this might happen and not in my contract as such. Be wary of this company, they may do a good job on the roof and fast nut they have plenty of other issues.

These guys are amazing . The crew on the roof was like a finely tuned machine . By the end of the day , my roof was completed , my grounds were totally cleaned up . It was like they were never there , only I had a brand new beautiful roof now . As for the field reps and office staff , these guys out shined the crew on the roof . Everyone that I had contact with was very personable , friendly , professional and accommodating .
