Called Allison and set up and appointment for an estimate for a back yard fence. She came out, took measurements, was very professional, offering several options for my fencing needs, and said she would send an estimate later in the day. Didn’t send the estimate but when I contacted her the next day she said she would send it. Never heard back. Took into consideration that there may have been circumstances beyond her control, maybe a family crisis keeping her from sending the estimate, so I waited another few days. Texted her again and have never heard back. Seems to lack the courtesy of a simple text explaining the situation.
