Overall a great experience. We had a good deal of storm damage from hail. We were contacted by Mid America, and were told that they would handle everything through insurance. We have heard horror stories about other companies, and the paperwork and the delays, and the red tape. However our experience was smooth and easy. I barely had to get involved and they handled everything. There were no billing surprises and everything was explained beforehand. It turns out we had more damage than we thought, and Mid America and my insurance company inspected everything and now everything is perfect. Communication between contractor and insurance was excellent. Our experience involved roof, siding and gutters. Work was fast and entire exterior was done within a few days. Courteous employees who were very concerned about how we felt throughout the process and asked for our input every step of the way. Without a doubt we have the best looking house on the block, and we receive many compliments on the work. I would not hesitate to have them work on a project for me again. You'll be in good hands.
