It was a simple basement window replacement. The two people who did the work were on time, seemed to do good work and cleaned up after they finished. I am happy with the results

I normally do not write reviews but this one is worth mentioning. The technician (Hani Dankha, tech id# 634006) that came to our home on 5/17/19 to repair our central air unit is absolutely AMAZING! His communication and follow up skills through this entire process were nothing less that impeccable. We had a couple of different techs out prior and not that they did a bad job but they didn't fix the unit or communicate the way Hani did (which left me extremely frustrated and mad). I can't count the number of times they were out to fix the unit only to have it work for a short period of time (and I mean working for about 40 minutes) and then fail again. I am in the service industry and understand how difficult it can be at times! Thank you Hani for providing outstanding customer service!
