Looking to install windows on our new house. Sam was able to give us a quote over the phone. In the 2nd day of installation an unrelated issue happened while the installers were there. Sam's crew was able to contact us and helped us reach the right people. The windows installation then was completed without issue. Thanks Great American Exteriors for really stepping up and helping out.

Poor project management. Failed to follow permit approved by the Village causing delays. Poor quality. They were more interested in collecting payment than fixing problems. Left a mess. Scrapped material and nails everywhere. Destroyed lawn.

Fast, friendly service. Came out and did a repair the next day, went above and beyond my request.

Was looking to replace my dated drafty front door. Everything at the big box stores really didn't impress me. The special order stuff didn't look so special. I like shopping local if possible and was impressed with the products offered. The door I bought was also from a local manufacturer. Price was fair service was quick and done right. Would use again.

GRAMEX did a fantastic job replacing our siding and gutters! It looks beautiful and the job was completed quickly and was reasonable priced.
