I have been doing business with A Roti Construction for years. I know Al personally. They are always professional and do a good job. I have even recommended them to family. I have seen the quality of their work and Al is a perfectionist. This means you can always expect the best quality from the services they provide. I saw the disgruntled review and had to post something to accurately reflect the type of business they are and services they provide.

I wanted a pull down attic ladder put in so I contacted Roti Construction. We tried several times to setup a time to meet and have them provide me a quote. We would setup an appointment and then he would cancel several days before. After the third time of HIM not being able to make the appointment he stopped responding to me altogether. I'll never contact them about having any work done going forward. Customer service is last on their list.

These guys are Crooks they barely know how to put things together all those other reviews are full of crap the original owner Alfredo roti is a two time loser he takes advantage of people and kick him to the curb if you ever go to their office you're noticed their front door's always locked and wonder why he's so scared he must have did something wrong to someone else I would not trust a crook like him ever in my life
