My point of contact, Jami, answered my numerous texts, calls and emails immediately, every single time; I never had to wait for an answer or hunt her down. She went well above and beyond to source very specific materials and get my roof replaced under a very tight time crunch. Talk about grace under pressure! First Service communicates extremely well, gets the job done correctly, and demonstrates a high aptitude for both reliability and integrity.

We can't say enough nice things about the crew; they were very easy to work with, kept the lines of communication open, keeping us informed on daily progress, as well as what to expect so we could update the residents. After some time had past, and we couldnt find A roofing company. The bids were courageous. It would take up to a year more to have it installed. It seemed ludicrous.
