Set up with this guy to build a garage the beginning of April. He quoted me a price and a time frame of about 10 days to complete the job. He enlisted Joseph with CC Construction to help with the job. Now 3 weeks later I get called by Joseph to say that Dowdy has signed with another deal and backed out of the agreed deal while me leaving me high and dry. He couldn’t even have the respect to call me and let me know. Personally I wouldn’t deal with this guy. Unreliable. At least Joseph had the respect and decency to let me know what happened.
