Very unprofessional. I contacted Donovan to replace a shower. He took incorrect measurements and ordered wrong pieces from the beginning. He tried to cut it to make it work but only looked worse. Then, after returning the shower pieces, he installed a tile board. This still did not fit the space and he tried to cover it up with caulk. Finally, the tile board absorbed water!!!!! When I called him to try to get reimbursed and/or have him correct the problem, he NEVER returned my calls or texts. I’m left with an unusable shower and will have to hire someone else!

Donavan is amazing, simply the best contractor I've ever worked with!! He's super patient, consultative, polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly reasonably priced!! I hired him for home renovation project of my new house and he did a fantastic job. During the project, he gave me many useful tips and ideas, which made the final design way better than my original plan. Highly recommended for any home improvement project!!!
