Bought a home where this company did foundation work and the roofing. Called them because of a roof issue it took two months for them to send anyone out then they started it was what someone else did that it wasn't their fault. The roof has an obvious hump but they want to blame it on the metal work. The receipt was for over 40k in repairs and they wont back up their work. Very upset with this company and the way they handle good customers

Called the firm to ask to use their emergency service and the receptionist was rude and unwilling to listen to my issue. People must phone companies such as this when they are in stressful situations so one would think they would be somewhat empathetic. However I ended up trying to use people skills to convince the company to help me which I failed at. Horrible customer service - worst I have experienced in Indiana so far.

They quickly returned my call and setup an appointment to check my foundation. Their communication and customer service was excellent. They determined that I didn't need any repairs this time. I won't hesitate to call them in the future, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks me about foundation repairs.
