Called for an estimate and the owner's assistant failed to schedule it as promised. When I called back to check on my estimate, she said..."Oh so sorry, but we are too busy and couldn't make it". Gave them a second chance until I received a call from the owner, Mitch defending his assistant and telling me I must have contacted the wrong company. Had a horrible attitude and was not even apologetic. Poor customer service in my book!

I am a Florida State Certified GC and I have used many different licensed roofers over the past thirteen years. Most roofers will not touch the work done by others because they would be responsible from then on, but I can attest that I have asked Dunnrite Roofing to find and fix 6 different nuisance roofs that others failed in repairing and they were the only ones that fixed the real problem for good. Dunnrite will definitely be used by us again. They are a company that you can trust.
