Sam Lynn and Exteriors plus did a wonderful job replacing our roof and gutters. They are reasonably priced and reliable.

Lived in one of the owners rentals for 2 years, in that time, getting anything fixed was a hassle. Had to constantly blow him up and when it was fixed it was always a poor job. Most recently got stuck with a $325 water bill due to a water leak that he didn’t resolve back in February of 2018. His wife and him both assured me they had no intentions to do me wrong, but both did. Will not answer any calls or texts regarding the matter. A slumlord at your finest.
