Showed up to home almost two hours after agreed time smelling like they had been up all night drinking and had the nerve to smoke Marijuana on my property. I quickly asked them to leave before they could start working and the driver almost hit my car in the drive way as they stormed off like a bat out of hell. When I called to complain the person that answered the phone was very condescending and rude. Very unprofessional would never use them.

They are very very busy and they can not return phone calls (maybe hiring new employees may fix the problem) I try to explain the lady on the my situation and her answer was "are you going to tell me what you need or end this call " That is not the proper way to talk to a customer you need to listen and help the customer.

Dependable and great work place.
