Stay away from this crook! Used to work for this clown a few years ago but quit because of seeing how many times he screwed customers and employees. Every time I was not given a paycheck at the end of the week he would say “ sorry man my house was going to get foreclosed if I payed you this week”. The final straw was when we did a 6000 sq ft roof where he sold the customer 26 gauge metal then ordered and installed 29 gauge on the customers roof which is an inferior product. Like I said stay away from this guy! The only profession this man has is being a con artist. Don’t be fooled by his country twang

Paul did a roof for me and we have had several issues with leaks, Workmanship was poor he won't return calls. We have made complaints with the BBB, and local Permit office. So in short don't let him rip you off as well. Just find another roofer.

After signing the contract, it was 6 months before work even started. There were three different crews that came and went. The owner, Paul Dickey, assured me everything would be perfect but I never even met him, just phone calls. The job took weeks and wasn't to my satisfaction. The last guy was up there with sandals, without proper tools, grinding and pounding metal and making things worse. I thought maybe I was being too picky and just wanted to be done with them so I cut the final check. Well, my intuition was correct and the roof is now leaking. They promised to take care of it but it has been months and I haven't heard from them. I won't be using them again. The job took forever, wasn't done to a high standard, and is leaking!

About like the others - Job took 6 months to start, 4 months to finish. Multiple different crews, unprofessional and poor workmanship. Owner threatens his own workers, homeowner, etc. Even after the final payment threats being made. Volusia County wouldn't pass the inspection until they found an engineer to pay off and certify the "install". Rude behavior from Melissa the "office manager". Paul Dickey and his crew are a joke. Aaron Parsons - who wrote a review below - works for Paul. Would give zero stars if possible. Wonder how long the roof will be here until I have to tear it all off and have it redone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Stay far away from this company. They said they where going to reroof (a new roof) and said it was NOT A ROOFOVER. So, I signed the contract. Worse decision of my life. They started late by weeks, they put a ROOFOVER (they claimed was not a ROOFOVER) on top of rotting wood. When confronting owner he threatened me to the point I was scared for my life. The crew was hostile, the crew argued and was fighting with each other, left their equipment in front of my garage so I couldn't even get into my garage for weeks while they where working, left a absolute mess when done (picking up nails to this day). Guess what a ROOFOVER just in case you didn't catch it before. I paid for a NEW ROOF NOT A CRAPPY ROOFOVER on top of rotting wood. I have several 2 foot holes in the wood that they just left when I told them I wanted it fixed. Stay away unless you want to be threatened by the owner.
