Jim and Suzanne are simply the best! You can always count on them to get you on their schedule ASAP and Jim is a very efficient home inspector and is very knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of repairs and building. There are not enough good things I could say about Burkhead's Home Specialist. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Would not recommend this company to put a metal roof on anyone's house, the work is sub-standard AT BEST, overcharged for shoddy work and refused to fix it according to manufacturers installation instructions, which voids all warranties from manufacturer. Jim was rude to my nieghbor invited him to fight in the street, very bad business practices. My roof is now leaking around a exhaust vent less than six months after install, roof cap crooked, ribs do not line up from side to side, ends are jagged on both sides, and much more problems they refused to fix. Jim Burkhead said "can you see it from the road?" I would NOT recommend these people to put a roof on a dog house they did not follow manufacturers install instructions thus for voiding all manufacturer warranties. LAWSUIT FILED. As of August 2018 Jim Burkhead's company was ordered to pay restitution by a Judge in Bullitt county so far 4 months later still waiting. See you in court again JIM! You did not stand behind your work! We now are in to the last day of March Mr. Burkhead has still made no effort to pay what was ordered in a court of law. So to try to take the heat off of himself ( Jim Burkhead of Cajun Court, Bullitt county) is trying to put the blame on Birkhead's on Fern Valley Rd. Jim you are habitual lying SOS , be shameful for even trying a stunt like this. The Birkhead's HVAC company has integrity, and very professional unlike yourself who stoop so low to deny you even know me. By the way my roof now has 3 leaks, your "professional" work is pitiful. It is not funny how tout your exceptional work , the " fact" that stand behind your work in my case it was a bold face lie. EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID I CAN PROVE.
