This company have taking $1050 from me to install windows as a partial payment since March and I have not hear from them. Their phone lines are not working.

Very poor customer service. No communication. Sales person keep canceling on the days installations were scheduled. Still missing a screen in 1 window and a cut screen in another. Paid for Windows in June. It is now September. Still not fixed. We were told 2-3 weeks to get our windows. It took 2 months to get them. Positive note is the installation crew was amazing. They did a perfect job. They really care about the quality of work they do.

Please never order them they are cheap in town but horrible. They took my money and no updates it's been 4 weeks now ,no one will pick ur phone and there is eviction notice on there door. Very rude they dont no what's happening when will some one come for measurement or when will Windows come.
