We had a bathroom pipe damaged during a construction project and we called on United Fire &Water Damage because we had used them before. They came over very promptly and put things in Motion to correct the issue. They were professional , knowledgeable, courteous and put our mind at ease. I participated in a Water Damage 101 class that they offered for commercial property management. They know their stuff and were able to demonstrate their work by flooding a mock unit! Not only was it fun and informative, but it showed exactly what they do to remedy a situation. It gave me complete confidence to use them on our next water damage incident. What they taught was helpful for commercial or residential spaces and they taught us how to save materials that otherwise might be torn out- saving money!
