We had our roof replaced less than 2 years ago by Rowe Roofing. We had a leak recently. I had to call 4 times before Mr. Rowe called me back to discuss this and schedule a time to have someone come out and look at it. When he did call me back he told me (without coming to see the leak) that he was 99% sure the leak was not covered under warranty. He would not schedule a time for anyone to come out and look at the leak without us committing to them fixing it if not under warranty. He became agitated during the conversation and actually hung up on me. When I called back so he could apologize to me no one answered the phone. The unprofessional nature of the company is astonishing.

Absolutely wonderful experience and crew. Everyone was extremely courteous, Actually had the job done before schedule and were completed in less than 2 days. Site was cleaned up of all debris and spotless. Thanks for a job well done.

Rowe Roofing had come out and worked on two of my properties. They had come to my home for some replacement areas needed before a storm...I received an email they would come the very next day! They were bright and early eager to work....Wonderful courteous staff...i would not go anywhere else for my roofing needs...I highly recommend their services!
