Update: Contacted company and they took care of the repair cost for the tire that needed replacement. Kind of inconvenient, but it is fixed. I think the company is capable of doing a good job, but I think they are employing a lot of immigrants who don't take the same level of pride in their work as locals do. Best thing I can say is my roof isn't leaking ATM. The roof started off bad the first guy said he had been a roofer all his life in mexico. Well the roof was done so sloppy the owner came out to start the fix. The 2nd guy did a better job and I am pleased with the roof so far, but it has only been 6 weeks. That said 6 weeks later I have plugged 3 tires in total on 2 cars with brand new tires. Now one is needing to be replaced because of a roof nail in the side wall (an un patch able location). My gutters are spitting out roof nails every time it rains. I guess when the first guy they sent out did the roof sloppy he did a sloppy job on clean up. I didn't see the second guy clean up at all. I accepted the nails that were repairable, but 4 in six weeks on 2 cars with new tires is pretty ridiculous. Now I am making a collection of every roof nail I find. I am calling them on Monday to make a claim. I will update after.

Louisiana Roofing and Sheet Metal are very professional and they pay amazing attention to detail. I was impressed with Mr. Keith Hinkley's integrity, I didn't feel pressured when I had to make decisions. I called Mr. Hinkley in the morning and he came out that day to walk my roof and help determine the best plan of action. He listened to my concerns and had a solution for each one. His crew was very professional as well as pleasant and polite. My flat roof needed extensive repair and replace work and to correct issues done by a previous roofer . This was al, a 1 week project, his crew came and did an awesome job as well as cleaned up everyday before they left the site. Mr. Hinkley's solution to a spot on the flat roof that was holding water was awesome. I would highly recommend Louisiana Roofing and Sheet Metal to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.
