OMG! This company deserves the best review! The crew came to Sarasota, and silently changed our roof in two days. Later, without being noticed, they placed the plants again in the right place, cleaned up and picked up the garbage. Next day, early in the morning, the dumpster was removed! They were respectful and professional. Alex attended our requests immediately, and the price was significantly lower than other quotes we received! Sunny State Roofing has made this family happy! They did a great job on our Reroof! They were on time, clean, crew was great and price was reasonable. Alexs wife was very helpful in choosing a shingle color and answering any questions we had when it came to signing the contract. Alex came by the job a few times to make sure it all runs smoothly and kept us in the loop. A great company that helps out in our community. I recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work done.

I have nothing against Alex but his workers aren't the most professional!! I had and still do so many nails EVERYWHERE and every time it rains I have more in my driveway and most likely in my grass (also these little green tabs are everywhere)I just pray my dogs don't find any in there paws! I also noticed that in the front that the roof didn't look right, not only did it have a droop but the shingles weren't straight like the rest of the roof. My adjuster also noticed that same thing so I called Alex to come take a look at it and I have never heard back from him and it's been a week. I'm just disappointed that it's not fixed already!!!!

I contacted 4 companies and knew as soon as I met Alex that Sunny State was the company for me. The office gal, Oksana had already impressed me by always answering my phone calls / emails and Alex Confirmed that impression by meeting me at the appointed time and being extremely professional. Their work is impeccable and efficient. If I ever need another roof, I would not hesitate to call Sunny State again. It's nice to know there are companies with good values and great work Ethic.
