We have been with EB Windows for many years. To begin with, Collin has always expertly guided us and helped us made the right choice for our needs. After that, he would send us the installers that did the job to our satisfaction. However, this time being a bigger job (seven windows) he sent BJ who installed our windows as if it were his own house: he attended to the finest detail. Ours being an old house, he took his time and made sure that the windows were a perfect fit to the imperfections of the house (go figure). BJ installing windows has turned a job into art and his helper was good too.We still have to replace more windows and we can't wait to see him again. Thank you.

It was a little pricey for the doors but well worth it. The guys did a great job installing and it was a major challenge with an old fashioned buzzer still in tact on one of the doors! They also replaced a basement window which is so much better than the others I had installed by another not long before. Wish I waited. 4 years later my screen got ruined and they got it replaced under the warranty! I love the doors that have the window and screen built in. It’s an insert that can be taken out and worked on easily. They go out of their way for happy customers! Thank You EB Window!!

Great from the first phone call ! Had most of my windows replaced as well as vinyl siding done. Colin and Nuno were very helpful throughout the whole process , making sure everything was explained in detail. As was Kathy with all the paperwork ! The crew who performed the work was amazing, very efficient and respectful of my home ! Would recommend to any and everyone.
