I am the current President of Beach Manor Villas North on Venice Island.... Our 40 single story units needed an extended reroof effort... We interviewed multiple roofing companies and were completely drawn to the Owner of Mastercraft, Scott Severson... He was very knowledgeable and open minded and even made himself available to join us at a Board Meeting where all our residents could be educated as to the direction we were taking, and why.... This took a long and sometimes painful few months... His workers worked tirelessly and overcame multiple challenges.. At the end, we could not be more pleased with the finished product... We are so proud to do business with a man who is so true to his word... He was very fair when talking about where did any individual damage originate and if his company would accept responsibility for it.. He was totally fair and pleasant....
