I contacted MOSSerator for a quote and was contacted soon after the estimator had stopped by my home while I was away. During the conversation about costs for various services I asked for, I was also told my gutters were full and he quoted an amount to empty my gutters. I empty my own gutters and had just done so a couple weeks prior so I knew my gutters were empty. I questioned the estimator to make sure he had the right home and he described my home. I then mentioned the fact that I knew they were empty and he started to back track and say he was looking from the ground and couldn't tell. Sounds like he was trying to take advantage of someone that might not know better. Trust is everything to me in using a business and MOSSerator lost my trust to ever use them for any future service.
