I contacted Neligan regarding gutter repair and/or replacement. Jason and Desaray were the team sent out to survey the job. Not only were they courteous and professional but their work was done with pride and it shows. Fabulous job!!! They went over and above my expectations. I would totally recommend this company.

I called many companies for quotes to repair siding. Several wouldn't even come out because it was a smaller job than residing the entire house and referred me to the Great Contractor Hunting Game, which I don't believe is a game you should play with your most valuable possession. Those who did come out for estimates would all say different things, many of those things I was able to verify were blatantly false. One even said I had wood rot on the second story, assuming I didn't have a ladder and wouldn't check it out myself. A few threw out what seemed to be high estimates, because they "do it right". Ultimately, Neligan was the only company who didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The price was reasonable, communication was excellent, and as far as I can tell, they did it right. Neligan's gutter installers, Jason and Desiree, very professionally and efficiently installed our home's gutters on June 22, 2019. The process was explained to me and all questions were answered courteously and knowledgeably. The gutters add a very finished, smooth trim to the house. I highly recommend Neligan's.

We have a high and complicated roof. Neligan Roofing was our first choice. We had a “hurricane roofing package” put on to help ensure durability from hurricane winds. Brian Neligan suggested and explained the benefits of this. The roofers and their supervisor Juan were excellent. The quality control manager was very attentive to detail. The front office manager Sherri is excellent. After the wind mitigation report was submitted to our insurance company, our monthly home insurance was reduced by $600 a month. So we are saving $7,200 a year because of the quality of this new roof.
