It is a Monday on 03/11/2019, and this place is not open nor does the phone number work on the website. Website stated that they are open for business. CTLG doesn't even have a message stating why they would be closed. My leaky roof will have to wait another day. Thank you CTLG for lacking customer service. You guys looked good online, but if I have a roof leak I would prefer to use someone that chooses to be open on a random Monday.

Corey was great. He met with the insurance adjuster during the roof inspection, quickly scheduled material delivery and his work crew, showed up during the roof repair to assist with cleanup, and came back to finish the paperwork in person. He made the process virtually seamless and pain free. Homeowners in our area - Crystal City - had been waiting for weeks/months for their roofs to be repaired, and CTLG took care of our house in less than two weeks from initial contact to completion.

Great experience with this company and working with *****! He was very knowledgeable and he made sure we had the best. He was the only one (which I’ve had many other roofing companies give bids on my roof) to have me try to go through my insurance and my insurance was actually able to cover the whole thing. I was also able to get new gutters too. I would definitely consider this company if you are looking for a new roof and you will not be disappointed.

Josh was professional, courteous, and up front with costs for this entire project. It looks great and we no longer have the ugliest roof in the subdivision! Great job all around! 👍

I highly recommend this company. We used Corey Carriker. He was prompt and easy to deal with. He made sure everything was handled through the insurance company and up front about any and all billing information. The company did a great job! The house looks beautiful and like a totally different house! Thank you for all of your help! Definitely use them again if needed in the future!!!
