CHEATING AND SCAMMING HOMEOWNERS OF PENSACOLA FOR OVER 30 YEARS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY NICKEL AND DIME HOMEOWNERS, USE ALOT OF PLYWOOD AND PURPOSELY USE EXTRA MATERIAL TO CHARGE MORE. I HAD OTHER CONTRACTORS INSPECT THEIR WORK AND FOUND OUT THEY HAD USED ONLY 17 SHEETS OF PLYWOOD RATHER THAN THE 35 THAT THEY CLAIM THEY USED. MY ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS FOR 7550 ENDED UP WITH A FINAL INVOICE OF OVER 9700. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL FAMILY BUSINESS. DO NOT USE!

Files a Notice of Commencement as required by law but does not file a notice of termination letter, which if you sell your house costs you the $27.00 with the county. Not professional on the phone, would not recommend this company again!
