Hired Sears Home Services to install new roof. Not satisfied. Roof was installed quickly and it shows. Slam bam job. Below average workmanship. Disappointed in the results. Former roof was torn off by hurricane because it was old, but not sure if this one will hold up to next one. Many of the shingles are not secured, drip edge not secured, they kept losing my materials during shipments, and communication was bad or non-existent, took forever to have soffit installed, and no notice, soffit guy just showed up, so i could not go to work. there was also turnover of employees too, so contacts were always changing. The rep who hooked me up was good and professional, but the execution part of project was bad.

It was a long process but for the most part well worth the wait. The cabinets and flooring went in relatively fast, then countertops and sink to finish it off. Other than breaking my end cabinet while sliding the quartz counter on, pushed the end wall away from the cabinet. If it were not for Glen it would of went unnoticed. He crawled back in there and fixed it as best he could. Overall happily satisfied with the work and outcome!

left cigarette butts and delayed install 5 days because they thought it was going to rain. It didn't. Was later quoted a better deal from another company but had already agreed to services. Most likely will not use them again. Had I not refused to sign I would have been charged an extra $700.

I was recommended a great AC unit, and my house was so comfortable!! Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional, the only downside was it took longer than I thought it would to install. Ended up having my thermostat taking longer to get in that I was originally quoted, but they worked around my schedule to install everything when it finally did.

Absolutely do not go with Sears. Find someone willing to stand behind their work or at least live up to what they say they will do. Had my entire roof replaced and theit subcontractors didn't even build it to code or to the standard for the Owens Corning roofing system. I have been trying to work with the Pensacola office since April to get the issues resolved. I get no response to emails or to phone calls from the office. Additionally, there was damage to the siding of the house they have not come to fix. STAY AWAY!
