I contacted Brad in January to schedule painting and flooring for my new office. The total length of the project was estimated to be approximately 1 week. Painting began on February 4th as scheduled and took approximately 1 week. On February 12th, all of the carpets were removed from the office and placed in the front under a carport (where they still remain as of today - March 8th). We were scheduled to move into the office February 16th, but the flooring was still not installed; therefore the move in was delayed. On February 19th, I follow up again and was told the flooring would be done "this week". With no contact from Brad, I went by the office on February 22nd to check on the progress and the flooring had not even been started. I did arrive to an office at 85 degrees and every light on. I was told they needed to "turn up the heat so the paint would dry". My power bill was extremely high for a vacant office. I contacted Brad on the 22nd, 23rd, 25th with no response. After contacting the flooring distributor, he finally responded that there was a delay with my flooring. A week later, still no word or contact from Brad, I had to follow up yet again. I was told the flooring would be installed Monday (March 4th). Monday comes and goes, not a word from Brad and still no floors. Flooring finally began on March 5th. I wish I could attach pictures. It is a mess! The seams do not match up, huge bubbles under the vinyl, glue all over my freshly painted cabinets, glue in the sink, all over the appliances, piece of vinyl glued over top of vinyl in the wrong direction so the pattern doesn't even match. I have called, text and emailed Brad since Wednesday with no response. I highly recommend you hire someone else for your painting and flooring needs.
We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company! The workers did not do what Brad had said would be done in our contract. They damaged/messed up more than good they did. Brad would not answer our calls or emails. Resolution was never made by the company. The reason I gave them 1star was because my house did end up with a new coat of paint—even though it was not an acceptable job.
The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because google wouldn’t let me leave 0. This man stole from a veteran owned and operated garage door company. He creates and dissolves businesses to hide money and “legally” not pay others “because he was never paid”. But he owns or has stake in the companies that haven’t paid, so it’s him not paying himself to not pay you. Google this company and the owner- Steven brad halferty. He has a longggg history of fraud and stealing from people yet has no problem paying those taxes on his 1.2 million dollar home! Wake country real estate records are a beautiful thing! Beware folks and stay away! Unless you have money or services to give away, getting nothing in return! And small claims court is useless!
AKA Triangle Home Pro. Check BBB complaints before hiring.
Lorne did a great job and in record time. I was having issues with a Twongo deal and the painter who was supposed to do it. Once I got Twongo to honor the deal with Lorne he was quick to follow up and schedule. He was very courteous and professional.
