We hired Jersey Dry to waterproof our basement after interviewing at least 5 other waterproofing companies. We had water leaking along ~100ft basement wall, we had puddles, wet basement walls (finished basement), smell. JD offered the best combination of service and value. After the fact they were worth every penny we paid them. Almost a year has passed since they have done our basement. Most importantly, the water issue is fixed. They were done within the promised time period exactly, no delays. They were very polite and easy to deal with. There was a small water issue after the work was complete. The issue was not related to the work they had done in the ground - there was a bit of water leaking along the water pipe. Nevertheless they came next day and fixed that leak as well. They are hardworking honest contractors! And cleaned after they were done! Thank you!

They explained everything. honest. not typical sales people. One other company made it sound like the basement walls were going to cave in. The man pointed at cracks and told me they were bad news and I would need these insane columns/pillars in front of them. I think that company saw I didn’t believe the nonsense and they never even called me back with a full price out. each column alone was going to be 2500$ each and he said I would need multiple for sure. nonsense. anyway, Jersey Dry was fair with pricing and laughed at the wall cracks that weren’t a problem like the other company made me fear. since August I am water free in the basement, and no longer have to fear the weather forecast.
