He inspected our home a few weeks ago. He messed with water going to an old water filtration system and caused a leak. Instead of letting us, the homeowners, know about the leak, he place a bin under it and wrote it up in the report that there was a leak. Thankfully, my son noticed before we saw the report over a week later. It is common courtesy to let someone know when there is a leak in their house.
