I wouldn't hire them to build a house or for any roofing work. I was hired to work on two separate jobs and the roofs leaked on both house. Both had outlets misaligned when the sheet rock was hung so multiple (bad) patches had to be done in each house along with other things that shouldn't happen when you are hiring an experienced home builder. But I guess they do it right because they do it twice. He has people who obviously smell of marijuana when you walk past them, working for him. He has bad time management. Bad communication with everyone. Avoids calls, text, and emails. Lies about certain things being done. He even says on his website he is a member in good standing with The Builder Association of North Florida and The National Association of Home Builders, both of which is a lie. One membership expired 3 months ago the other in 2009. There are plenty of other good builders out there to hire instead of this company.
