We had two leaks on my tile roof. Evans came out and gave me a estimate. I was happy with the price and he was able to take care of us in a timely manner. I did get a few other estimates, but his set others apart. I was able to get a lifetime warranty for the lifespan of the roof on the areas that were once leaking. This was one of the many reasons why we decided to go with his company.

The mixture of both professionalism and friendliness is what made me go with this company. I had quite a few roof leaks and Evans came out right away to address them. He was able to rectify the situation without there being one issue during the whole process. I am extremely happy with how the job came out and the way my roof looks like it has never been touched! I can not be happier with how the whole process of fixing my roof went with this company! Evans was on time a hard worker and was always honest with me about what was going on even if it saved us money! He went up and took pictures throughout the whole process of fixing our issues which was very comforting and made it helpful to have an understanding of what was going on and what we were paying to have fixed! I would recommend this company to anyone Evans is very knowledgeable and personally came out to do repairs on the flat roof bc he wanted to make sure it was done the best way! This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a contractor in Florida. The owner met me to go over the scope of work, quoted a price, we agreed on it and his team was there the next morning. The crew was awesome. They arrived, worked, cleaned up and left. The job was finished as promised and to the level promised as well. Then I had one tile in a different area that was upside down. I asked if there was an easy way to turn it back over and I was told that someone would stop by and fix it for me. I arrived home the other day to find three people working on it. They brought a new tile, did not like how it matched in so they went to another area not visible and took out an original tile, replaced it with the new one, and then put the matching tile into the the spot that I had asked about. Unbelievable! Who goes out of their way like that? I also had a quote from a previous roofer to replace my roof. He said it was a mess and needed to be replaced immediately. He put in a quote to my insurance company for $60K. It was denied stating that my roof was fine for its age. While I was speaking to Mr. MacDowell, I told him about it and he told me that my roof would actually be about $23K to replace. If all of this is not enough, I thought I was going to have to replace the small roof that I had called about because it had a leak. To my surprise, Mr. MacDowell told me it just needed to be repaired and he took care of it the next day! When I am ready for a new roof, I will definitely have E. W. MacDowell do it! Thanks so much!

They charge what one would expect to pay for a good job. They've always found the leak and fixed it in a very timely fashion. Their employees are polite and leave the property as they found it. I highly recommend them.
