I hired Done Rite Roofing to replace about half of my roof. They were very professional, courteous and helpful. The paperwork was a breeze and they handled the permitting and inspections. The roofers showed up on time and did excellent work. They were polite and reviewed the work to be done with me. They cleaned up after themselves and the final bill was within 5% of the estimate. I was not surprised by the small additional cost because they provided a worksheet of all material and labor costs. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I have had a persistent roof leak for several years. It didn't leak much and only after a heavy downpour. I've had roofers out to try to find it and I tried to locate it and repair it myself. Each time when I thought it was sealed it wasn't. Monday, Jesse Fonda and his father, employees of Done Rite Roofing, came to my home and did a water test to try to locate the leak in the field of my roof. No leaks. After the water test was completed, Jesse told me that he had immediately suspected a leak at the flashing at the bottom of my chimney. The rest of the flashing was fine but Jesse showed me a hairline crack between the caulking and the metal. He caulked that and during the heavy rains of the last two days, we have had no leaks! Thank you Jesse and Done Rite!

This post is written by Norma Espinoza. I waited a year to write this post. I wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the material used and workmanship. The owners were very accommodating, patient, reasonable and respectful. It was productive to address any concerns we had with the owners. Thank you guys!

The person Kyle who sets up appointments clearly needs training or their estimating staff needs to have a conference about what they can and cannot do. I called because of a leak and Kyle told me it would be over 2 weeks before someone came out. I asked him what time and he told me they do not need access to inside the residence. I told him, that I did not believe that and I needed a skinny guy to come out so he could enter our 3/12 pitch roof. He assured me they did not need access. When they did come out, luckily my wife was home when he wanted access to the house. So now after waiting over two weeks with a leak, I have to find someone else to work on our home because I do not trust Done Rite Roofing since they cannot even schedule appointments properly and wasted my time. The estimator did not go inside the roof to assess the problem only inside the residence to look at the ceiling. I do not mind having to wait, and it is not about the wait, it is about inept customer service and continuing to waste my time. I would give 0 stars but there are probably hard working qualified people there who do not deserve that rating because they cannot train their front office properly.
