Terrance McKeever Roofing did an exceptional job for me! Mr. McKeever is a man of his word. He examined my roof, gave me a very fair price, and and an exact time frame in which he would start and finish the job. Besides the new roof being even better than I imagined, there were no hidden charges, it was exactly the amount he quoted, and the job was finished in exactly the amount of days he said it would. Passed city inspection without a flaw! For a woman in her mid 60's, and living alone, this means everything to me. I highly recommend Terrance McKeever Roofing!

From start to finish we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Terrance McKeever Roofing in Clearwater, FL. We were communicating from Pennsylvania, so reviews online were a great help in determining who we would choose. We certainly made the right choice! Terrance returned my original call within 30 minutes of our message and gave clear steps on how to move forward on the project. I felt very at ease with him on the phone, and he was patient with all of my questions. The estimate which was conveniently emailed to us was super reasonable. We just can't say enough about how easy and clear he made the process and how pleasant he was to deal with. Getting paperwork and down payment to him was also very easy. My husband made the trip to Florida while they were working and told me that Taylor, Rob and Joe were super down to earth and hardworking guys! The roof was finished in a timely, organized manner and looks great! My husband also said that from day to day the guys left the property clean and safe. I met Terry 20+ years ago while working for a property management company in Tampa. I was impressed with his work and professionalism then and still am today. Terry replaced the roof on our house about 11 years ago and have never had any issues. He also performed roofing repairs to my mother-in-laws house, again handled without any issues. I have a project which I will be contacting Terry about today [05/26/2016] when I think ROOFING - Terry is the first thought that comes to mind.
