Thoroughly unhappy- Coles came out to clean our chimney during the summer. Well, we went to have our first fire and our furnace was nothing but black smoke! When I attempted to call Coles to come out to redo the job I'd already paid for, I got a voice mail stating that they weren't doing business again until June 2016. I ended up calling a whole different company to RE-DO the job Coles should have done in the first place AND paying TWICE.
