James & the other guy can’t think of his name were awesome!!! I have a flat roof that had a bad ice jam! Called them, they came out accessed the issue & fixed it. Thanks again! Will be calling you again unlike the other place here in town who was so rude & told me I picked the wrong time of year to have roofing problems🤨
