We researched for months to do the best we could to keep from being mislead. We liked the reviews of Custom Roofing on various web pages . More important to us was the word-of-mouth reviews and the appearance of the roofs done by Custom in our neighborhood after being several years old. We have found the owners of Custom Roofing to be extremely knowledgeable in virtually all aspects of roofing materials, roofing mfg'ers, and roofing technology. One of the owners, Dustin, discussed the quote with us. He took pictures of our roof concerns and discussed them. He also let us know that we could wait a few more years to get a new roof. He gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our questions as well as explained detail within the contract. The best surprise was that the cost was below what we expected. The ample amount of employees are mostly long term with Custom Roofing and they were very attentive, polite, quiet, and aiming to asure that all our desires were fulfilled. The roof job only took 1 day because of the ample well experienced employees. Upon completion the job was inspected. Custom has certainly warranted our trust with their services. We will recommend Custom without reservation.

After coating the roofs, within a year and a half, the coating started to unattach itself from the roof and now my roof looks like the craters of the moon. And also I am now having leaks again. When I tried contacting the company all I ever get is an answering service. I tell the service to have someone contact me but never receive a return call. I have left many emails but no answer there either. Worst company. If you use them after reading this review, you deserve what you will get, which will be a subpar job and absolute ZERO customer service afterward.
